Breath work has been an integral part of the Tibetan Buddhist tradition for thousands of years, used not only for physical well being but as a means to reach a more enlightened state of existence. Kalden is a gifted teacher who will share his extensive knowledge of breath work to help you feel better physically and reach a more peaceful state of mind. Beginning at 5 when he became a Buddhist monk through today, he has practiced and developed his skill in a number of traditional Tibetan breath work techniques, Tummo and Lu Jong just being two among them.
